Yes, and it can change things rather than only report on them. Creates flags, experiments and audiences, and summarises a test result. The docs say variation-level HTML, CSS and JavaScript is out of scope and the Visual Editor is the only route - that is out of date. Margus pushes variation code through this server from his editor on Web Experimentation, checked 16 August 2026.
